consider the following questions:
- What type of document is it?
- Why is it being written?
- Who is the audience?
- Why will they read this document?
- What does the audience need to learn from this document?
- Under what conditions will the audience read this document?
- What level of education and English reading ability does the
audience have?
Standard FrameMaker Templates
FrameMaker comes with a standard set of templates for the most
commonly used document types, available online within FrameMaker,
and grouped in Book, Business, Outlines, Reports and Special sections.

This set of templates is derived from an original set developed
by Fabio Soso
for FrameMaker 3. The revision work is done by
Corinne Rambaldi and

Stylish sets of template packs in different categories (Books and
Manuals, Certificates, Borders, and Tables, Business, Professional,
